Elora Grace Lencoski
Elora Grace Lencoski (1995) is an assistant conductor for the upcoming season at the
National Music Festival (USA). After graduating from the Luzern Hochschule Musik,
Lencoski guest conducted the Oltenia Philharmonic in Craiova, Romania, where she returned
to conduct in 2026. In recent years, she conducted several concerts with the Shumen and
Vratsa Symphony Orchestras, and, in 2022, she participated in the competitive St. Andrew’s
Advanced Conducting Course. In 2023 and 2024, Lencoski was selected for the Orchestra’s
Conducting Democratic Competition as well as the Musikfest Ulm, Antal Dorati, and Hans
Swarowsky conducting competitions.
While studying conducting at the Mozarteum, Lencoski conducted several professional
ensembles, such as the Stiftung Mozarteum Orchester and Bad Reichnehaller
Philharmoninker, and gave the world premiere of Tian Fu’s Memories II. She has participated
in masterclasses with Vladimir Fedoseyev, Alondra de la Parra, and Alan Gilbert and
conducted the Moravian Philharmonic, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, and the
Polyphonic State Choir of Turkey. In the summer of 2019 she acted as the musical assistant at
Taschenoper Festival Salzburg. Lencoski was professionally engaged in Switzerland by
Orchester Muensingen and Collegium Musicum Luzern to cover rehearsals, and last year
jumped in as a rehearsal pianist at Festspiele Erl.
